Management & Service Fees
Our pricing is structured to reflect the level of care, oversight, and technology-enabled service we provide. Each property is unique, and fees are aligned to property type, size, and service needs ensuring transparency and value.
Leasing & Tenant Screening
A one-time leasing service fee equal to 50%–100% of the first month’s rent, based on property type, market conditions, and service scope.
Monthly Management Fee
Typically ranging from 8% to 12% of collected monthly rent, based on property type, size, and level of service.
Military & Veteran Clients
In recognition of military service, Xpertise Enterprise offers a 2% discount on monthly management fees for active-duty service members and veterans. Verification may be required.
Lease Renewal
A renewal service fee may apply for lease review, rent adjustment analysis, and renewal execution.
